Product Description
Kameizumi Shuzo has brewed its immensely popular "Junmai Ginjo Genshu CEL-24" using "Tosa Urara," a rice variety developed in Kochi specifically for sake brewing. This release marks the third installment in the series featuring different rice varieties for the "CEL-24" label, which is otherwise sold as a limited-run product each year. It is made using 100% "Tosa Urara" rice, a variety developed by the Kochi Prefectural Industrial Technology Center in 2018.
