This is the "Gin no Yume" edition of the "CEL-24" series, released annually as a limited-run special. "Gin no Yume" is a sake rice variety developed in Kochi Prefecture; it inherits the excellent brewing qualities of its parent variety, Yamada Nishiki, and is said to produce sake that rivals—or even surpasses—that of Yamada Nishiki.
