It is crafted using 100% Yamada Nishiki rice and brewing water drawn from a well within the brewery—water that flows underground from the sacred Mount Miwa itself. This Junmai Daiginjo embodies the culmination of inherited tradition, honed technical expertise, and a deep passion for sake brewing.
