The aroma on the nose is sweet and gentle. On the palate, it reveals a soft pear-like fragrance, with a smooth, rounded, and delicate impression.
When freshly pressed, it offers a refreshing balance of sweet and tangy notes, with a light texture reminiscent of Calpis. The finish is clean, fading away with a subtle hint of bitterness.
As secondary fermentation progresses in the bottle, the level of carbonation increases. If stored unopened in the refrigerator for more than three months, it will become slightly drier while developing a pleasant, lively effervescence.
