Product Description
This doburoku (unrefined sake) uses hops, the same kind used in beer brewing, as a secondary ingredient. Due to the hops used, this doburoku has a more tropical fruit-like character compared to last season's. The hops were selected by beer craftsman Morifumizu. The blend primarily features tropical Nectarone and Nelson Sauvin, reminiscent of Muscat grapes and lychee, with Centennial and Citra added as supplementary hops.
