Brewed using our proprietary method, the moromi (fermenting mash) is pressed and bottled as an unpasteurized genshu at approximately 13% alcohol. It offers refreshing aromas and flavors reminiscent of lime and grapefruit, while its lower alcohol content creates a light, clean, and elegant finish.
This refreshing sake pairs beautifully with dishes featuring naturally sweet summer vegetables that are coming into season. Best enjoyed well chilled, it is the perfect companion for warm and humid days, offering a crisp and invigorating drinking experience.
