Product Description
Polished to 50% using Asahi rice from Okayama, this sake is brewed with the brewery’s own cultured yeast and the pristine underground water of the Suzuka mountain range.
It offers a refined yet expressive ginjo aroma, with a rich, expansive, and elegant flavor profile. While it stands beautifully on its own, this “Zaku” made with Asahi rice features a relatively restrained sweetness, making it an excellent food-pairing sake that enhances the dishes it accompanies.
