“ZAKU New Sake” is brewed using newly harvested rice, offering a fresh, youthful, and gorgeously fragrant aroma, with a lively, sparkling flavor that bursts across the palate. It is characterized by its soft, newly born mouthfeel.
The new sake label design changes every year.
For this brewing year, the label is inspired by the crisp, refreshing flash of brilliance emitted by freshly pressed new sake.
Ingredient: Domestic rice
Rice polishing: 50%
Alcohol: 15%
