Product Description
This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made using Yamada Nishiki rice from Kurodasho, Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 45%, and brewed using the Yamahai method. While retaining a gorgeous aroma and rich flavor, a delicate acidity spreads in the aftertaste, creating a rich and flavorful unfiltered sake (pasteurized once).
The traditional Yamahai brewing method results in a gorgeous and rich aroma, a refined taste, and a soft acidity.
