The elevated acidity unique to the Yamahai brewing method brings both fullness of flavor and a crisp, clean finish. Its gentle acidity, soft and smooth mouthfeel, and subdued aroma make it a sake you can enjoy without ever tiring of it.
Delicious when served chilled or at room temperature, but also highly enjoyable when gently warmed (nurukan, around 40°C).
