Product Description
Gaslight, a further refinement of Ginza's Suzume Shirokoji. The ingredients include 100% carefully selected two-row barley and the same groundwater from the Kuju mountain range used in sake brewing. After maturation using the traditional fermentation method, it has been finished as a mellow and elegant barley shochu with an alcohol content of 35%.
