From Yamawa, a celebrated brewery in Kami District, Miyagi Prefecture, comes this limited seasonal release – Junmai Ginjo Muroka Nama Genshu.
Affectionately nicknamed “Pin-Yama” for its charming pastel label, this sake is brewed with Miyama Nishiki rice polished to 50% and fermented using Miyagi yeast, then bottled unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted to preserve its pure freshness.
It offers a lively yet rich character, perfect for those new to sake as well as seasoned drinkers.
Excellent when well-chilled, it pairs beautifully with winter ingredients and dishes.
