This sake is an *origarami* (cloudy style) that truly embodies the Yamasan Masamune character, fully drawing out the rich umami of the rice. When poured into a glass, it displays a beautiful hue—cloudy white yet possessing a distinct clarity. Immediately after opening, one can detect a subtle effervescence typical of *nama-genshu* (undiluted, unpasteurized sake). The aroma offers a gentle, soft sweetness reminiscent of freshly cooked rice. On the palate, it feels incredibly smooth; a mild acidity emerges first, followed by a spreading, succulent sweetness evocative of ripe strawberries.
