Yamamoto Uki Uki was created in response to the seasonal shift in preference toward lighter, more refreshing sake, as drinkers begin to tire of rich, unfiltered styles around February.
With an alcohol level of around 14%, it offers a slightly lighter profile while still retaining the character of a nama sake. The difference is subtle, but the result is an easy-drinking, approachable style. An uplifting mood of spring.
