Product Description

吾唯足知  - "Ware tada Taru wo Shiru" is a Zeni-shaped grove located in the renowned Ryoan-ji Temple in Kyoto, famous for its dry landscape garden.

The sake's name derives from Tsukubai, which embodies the concept of "having a heart of contentment without feeling dissatisfaction.

This elegant Junmai Daiginjo offers a refined taste. It is brewed with Yamada Nishiki rice, grown in Hyogo Prefecture, known for its suitability in sake production. The sake’s aroma is delicate and floral, with hints of Ginjo Taka and Maro, creating a naturally beautiful scent.

Its rich flavor conveys a sense of generosity and nobility, making it ideal as a pre-meal aperitif.

Pair it with dishes like wine-steamed scallops, salt-grilled sweetfish, or grilled conger eel for a delightful experience.
