A special Junmai Daiginjo named after the initial "M" of Miyagi Prefecture. This Urakasumi is a limited edition sake that is rarely seen as it is available in limited quantities. The limited edition Black Label sake is made by aging only the center part of the sake for four years, resulting in a more delicate flavor.
