Bottled without secondary pasteurization (nama-zume) to preserve its peak seasonal flavor, you can enjoy the brewery-fresh taste as it is. Lightly chilled, it offers a crisp and savory profile; gently warmed to around 40–42°C, it reveals a soft rice-derived sweetness and umami—perfect to savor alongside the flavors of autumn.
