Product Description
A special limited brew crafted exclusively. The sake is made using the rare rice variety “Kairyō Shinkō,” which shares a deep connection with the renowned Aramasa Brewery in Akita and was once on the verge of disappearing before being revived.
Carrying forward its history and spirit, this rice—cultivated in distant Akita—is brewed together with the land, water, microorganisms, and terroir of Nagomi Town in Kumamoto. Two stories from different regions come together under the philosophy of “Ubusuna,” resulting in a single expression.
