A Junmai Daiginjo brewed with Okayama-grown Omachi rice polished to 45% and fermented using Yamagata yeast. It offers a soft, clean, and beautifully transparent profile.
The name “Ruri-iro no Umi” (Lapis Lazuli Sea) is inspired by the deep blue color of the sea in Fukura.
