"Sarasara Junmai" is a summer sake from the "Tenmei" sake line born from the idea of making sake smooth and light to drink even in the hot season. It is a lightly cloudy Junmai sake with an alcohol content of 11.5% that has been pasteurized once and has a glossy, youthful fruitiness reminiscent of green apples and white grapes, and a hint of vanilla flavor from the cloudiness.
