Sakurada Sake Brewery in Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture was completely destroyed
in an instant by an earthquake in 2024.
Blended the miraculously preserved "Noto Hatsuzakura" honjozo with Tengumai to create
a sake to support the earthquake recovery.
All profits will go towards the reconstruction of Sakurada Sake Brewery.
The brewer, Mr. Sakurada, supervised the taste.
