Product Description
This is Tatsuriki’s representative Daiginjo sake, made using 100% Yamadanishiki rice from the Special A District of Hyogo Prefecture, and has been cherished since its release in 1979. While it is common today, this was one of the pioneering sake that helped establish the culture of enjoying sake chilled. It has also been awarded the highest honor in the world, the Platinum Medal, at the World Wine Championships.
