This is Tatenokawa's signature sake. As its name suggests, it is inspired by the clarity of the clear stream that flows at the foot of Mount Chokai.
The alcohol content is designed to be slightly low at around 14%, making it a product that we highly recommend for those who feel that sake is intimidating or those drinking sake for the first time.

Rice polishing: 50%
Alcohol: 14%
