The junmai sake Tanaka 65 embodies the spirit of “simple is best.” This special release is brewed with the same Itoshima-grown Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 65%, but kept at a lower alcohol content of 13% as a genshu. Please enjoy a flavor that soaks gently and smoothly into the body, even more so than the classic Tanaka 65.
