his is an amber-colored, slightly sweet undiluted sake that has been aged for over 8 years.
Please enjoy its soft, mellow, and deep flavor.
It is recommended to drink it at room temperature. In the summer, it is also great on the rocks. It goes well with fried foods, meat, and other dishes.
You can also enjoy it as an aperitif or dessert drink.
It is also delicious poured over ice cream.
