This Tokubetsu Junmai is brewed using Bizen Omachi, a premium sake rice from Okayama Prefecture, and a mixed fermentation of Shizuoka yeast and Akali yeast.
It offers a bright, elegant aroma, a rich, rounded umami, and a well-balanced flavor with depth and breadth.
Highly versatile as a food-pairing sake, it pairs especially well with richly seasoned meat dishes as well as tempura, complementing and enhancing a wide range of flavors.
