Shin Takachiyo is a light, casual style of sake created with daytime drinking as a sub-theme.
It is characterised by a deep, Kyoho grape–like flavour profile. The aroma is soft yet clearly expressive, with a rich fruitiness that strongly evokes the impression of grapes.
The moment it touches the palate, a dense umami spreads instantly, followed by an explosively juicy, fresh sensation, as if biting into ripe fruit. This is an easy-drinking, casual sake that delivers vibrant flavour and refreshing juiciness.
