Product Description

A limited-quantity, seasonal release available only in winter (with two arrivals around early February and early March).
Starting from the 2024 brewing year (R6), the label design has been completely renewed.
Brewed using Miyao Shuzo’s long-refined Junmai brewing techniques, this sake is made with carefully selected, high-quality Yamada Nishiki sake rice, polished down to 50%.
As a Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu, it offers an elegant and floral ginjo aroma, rich rice umami, and the refreshing vibrancy of freshly pressed sake.
