This Junmai Daiginjo sake is polished to 45% and made entirely from Yume Sasara, a rice variety ideal for sake brewing, grown in Tochigi Prefecture.
It has a subtle fruity aroma and a clean, elegant, and gentle flavor.
The label has also been redesigned.
