Shichida's pure rice unfiltered raw sake is mixed with lees (tiny solids such as rice and yeast that remain when the mash is pressed) and then fermented in the bottle for a second time, resulting in a light flavor. This extremely popular product has an addictive green apple aroma and a refreshing feeling that spreads in the mouth.
