Using the sake rice Aiyama, known for expressing a soft and gentle flavor, this sake is deliberately polished less to bring out the grain’s natural strength to the fullest. It is a once-pasteurized Junmai, matured over a summer, characterized by an aroma reminiscent of ripe grapes and a rich, sweet-umami taste.
