Sharaku Daiginjo Shizuku-dori is brewed by Miyaizumi Meijo in Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima. Rather than pressing the fermented mash conventionally, Shizuku-dori (雫取り) allows the sake to slowly drip naturally from suspended sake bags, collecting only the precious drops that fall under their own weight.
Produced in extremely limited quantities, this meticulous method represents the brewery’s pursuit of refinement and precision, making it one of the more special expressions in the Sharaku range.
