“Sharaku Junmai Ginjo” is the very first release under the Sharaku brand. It is brewed using Gohyakumangoku rice cultivated together with local farmers in the Aizu region, polished to 50%.
A pleasant, fruity aroma with soft white peach notes leads into a sharp, refined palate, where sweetness and acidity blend seamlessly into a rich yet elegant profile, complemented by gentle rice umami and finishing with a crisp, refreshing cut.
