"Aikoku No. 3" is a legendary ancient rice native to Tochigi Prefecture that was born during the Taisho era.
This rice was carefully grown over several years with the cooperation of an agricultural high school, an agricultural promotion office, and the brewery, and then brewed by two of Tochigi's most representative sake breweries, Houou Bita and Senkin, using their respective techniques and sensibilities.
A collaboration where tradition and innovation intersect, this sake brings to life the wild flavor of a native variety and the simple, deep flavor of the rice.
