This plum liqueur is made by steeping high-quality Nanko plums, 
carefully grown in Kishu, Japan's number one plum region, in mellow kimoto-style junmai sake
that Sawanotsuru has aged for over three years.
The umami and depth of the long-aged sake brings out the perfect acidity of the Nanko plums.
