Crafted in Wakayama—considered the birthplace of sushi—this sake is produced by a brewery that also makes red vinegar, with a focus on achieving perfect harmony with sushi.
It pairs exceptionally well with Japanese cuisine, especially sushi, vinegared dishes, and dashi-based preparations.
