This sake is from the same tank as the sake that won the gold award in the Junmai Sake category at the Spring Tasting Competition in Japan.
The sake brewing rice "Fukunoka", which is suitable for sake brewing and grown locally in Minamiaizu, is polished to 35%.
The yeast used is "Utsukushima Yume Yeast”.
