Using yeast that produces a fruity aroma, it has a unique sweetness and acidity, and a light, smooth finish that is not typical of sake.
"Oku no Matsu" was named with pride as a local Fukushima sake, combining the "oku" (depth) and "matsu" (pine) of Oshu Nihonmatsu. We believe that our long history of over 300 years and 19 generations is a testament to the trust we have earned from our customers.
