Product Description

Hiyaoroshi is a type of sake that is squeezed in early spring and then stored
and aged until summer, resulting in a rounder, more flavorful sake. This is an alcoholic beverage that has been aged until autumn and then bottled as is.
The deep, full-bodied flavor unique to unprocessed sake and the mellow flavor
that has been carefully aged until autumn go perfectly with autumn flavors such as saury.
