MIWATARI CONNECTION is a Junmai Ginjo sake whose quality was designed specifically for aging in wine barrels. It embodies the "connection" between different types of brewed sake. We named it "CONNECTION" with the hope that these connections will deepen even further. This sake is aged in wine barrels previously used by a winery in Nagano Prefecture. Enjoy the unique aroma derived from the wine barrels and the balanced, pleasant acidity.
