Made using Yamagata’s premium sake rice “Dewasansan” and paired with aromatic Kochi yeast, it is finished in a dry and clean style typical of Nanki.
The aroma is restrained, with pronounced acidity and a sharp, crisp finish, making it an excellent sake for pairing with meals.
