Product Description
Masumi Sparkling Wine is made using the authentic champagne-making method
of "secondary fermentation in the bottle," in which yeast is placed inside
the bottle for re-fermentation.
Aged for over a year and a half, its color is truly champagne gold.
It looks great in a wine glass, but what emerges is a soft aroma of rice.
Combined with its crisp flavor, it goes great with Japanese food.
With a low alcohol content of 11%, it's easy to drink,
but you can still fully taste the fullness of the rice.
