The flagship of the Brewer Kuheiji series is this "Bespoke". Aromas of Andean melon, pear, and apple skin. Faint aromas of lychee, leaves, and cypress. The sweetness of white chocolate is complemented by a subtle astringency like the white part of tangerine peel. Transparent yet creamy and rich. Goes well with dishes that use dairy products and cream.
