Product Description
The green lettering on the label hints at its fresh, young-rice aroma. This version of Kuheiji has a different character from the usual one, offering something unique.
It has fruity notes like green apples and white grapes (such as Muscat), with a soft acidity that spreads through the middle, giving it a light, white wine-like taste. The sake is made with rice grown in the clay soil of Kurodasho, Hyogo Prefecture, which adds a special local flavor while still keeping the familiar Kuheiji style.
