A delicious sweet type of the popular Kudoki Jouzu, this Junmai Daiginjo sake has a sake meter value of around -15. The sake rice used is Dewa Sansan from Haguro Town, Yamagata Prefecture. It expresses the sweetness at the first sip and the elegant lightness of the aftertaste. It has a sweetness that melts away and is full of umami, and pursues the quality of sweetness that is the opposite of Bakuren.
