This is the only area in Kochi Prefecture that mainly sells "Tamayuzu",
which is shipped as is, and we use "Honyuzu" from the Mononobe and Reihoku districts,
which boast the highest shipment volume in Japan.
Yuzu has a strong natural aroma, and the juice has a strong sour taste.
By gently squeezing the real yuzu skin and controlling the extraction rate,
we use fruit juice that has a sweet taste with less acidity and bitterness.
By using Kubota Senju Junmai Ginjo, which has a gentle aroma and gentle acidity,
as a base, we bring out the refreshing aroma and subtle sweetness of yuzu.
It has a good balance of fruit juice and sake, and is light and easy to drink on the
rocks or straight. Furthermore, you can enjoy it in a variety of ways,
such as mixing it with soda or tea to make cocktails, or freezing it to make sorbet.
