Product Description
This sake is made from Koshitanrei rice, grown under contract with local farmers, polished to 35% and brewed with great care. This limited edition daiginjo sake was submitted to the National New Sake Tasting Competition this year, and can be enjoyed in its original form. It has a rich flavor and lingering aftertaste, reminiscent of chocolate or full-bodied red wine. It spreads quickly in the mouth, and leaves a clean aftertaste.
