Product Description

Yamada Nishiki rice from Shijimi-cho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture is polished to 30%, and this Daiginjo sake is brewed using all the techniques of Ishimoto Sake Brewery, then left to rest for about two years at a low temperature of 1°C. The long-term fermentation and aging at low temperatures brings out the individuality of the raw rice and the dignity of the Daiginjo sake. It can be enjoyed at any temperature, recommend it warm, around 40°C. Enjoy the lingering aftertaste as you feel the umami flavor and it fades away quickly.
