This sake uses Yamada Nishiki rice produced in Shijimi-cho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, with a polishing ratio of 48%. This Junmai Daiginjo sake brings out the natural flavor of the rice and has a rich, deep flavor. Its major appeal is its creamy smoothness, elegant aroma, and rich, full flavor with reduced acidity. This is a sake that should be savoured slowly, taking your time to sip it. Winner of the Grand Prix at the 2018 All-American Sake Appraisal.
