Product Description
The sake is made using Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 35% from Shijimi-cho, Miki-cho, Hyogo Prefecture. It is brewed using the finest techniques and time and effort, and is then carefully aged at a low temperature of 1°C for over a year before being shipped. This is an elegant Junmai Daiginjo sake that can only be created by carefully polishing high-quality ingredients and pursuing a light, elegant sake quality.
